This superb chalet is spread over three levels, arranged as follows:

On the ground floor:

- a bedroom with a south-facing king-size bed (180x200cm), featuring a large bay window overlooking Mont Blanc and a terrace, plus ample storage space for clothes
- a small bedroom, ideal for children, with two single beds (bunk beds, 90x180cm), facing west with views over the fields and an old barn
- a full bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet

In the basement:
- an en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), ample storage space and a full bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
- a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a sink unit

On the first floor:
- a spacious open-plan living area with high ceilings and beautiful exposed beams, comprising a living room with a south-facing terrace offering views of Mont Blanc, and a staircase leading directly to the garden
- a dining area for 6 people
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with high-quality appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.)

Nestled in the residential neighborhood of the charming and peaceful village of Les Tines in Chamonix, it offers easy access to picturesque forest and riverside trails, perfect for hiking and biking into the heart of Chamonix or for exploring the high-altitude trails.

It is located about a 15-minute walk from the 19-hole golf course, the La Flégère gondola, and the village of Les Praz, which features a cozy bar, a café, a local grocery store, and restaurants.

The Les Tines train station and the bus stop are both within walking distance and provide access to other ski areas as well as downtown Chamonix.
