Details and photos available upon request<br><br>The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed (190 cm x 130 cm) offering a view and a work area; a bathroom with a toilet; a laundry room with a washing machine; a very well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, etc.); and finally, a cosy and beautifully decorated living room with a sofa bed, wood-burning stove, dining area, and access to a private balcony where you can fully enjoy the breathtaking view.<br><br>We are at your complete disposal and are very discreet.<br><br>Located on Rue des Moulins, you’ll love exploring the heart of Chamonix on foot without having to worry about transport, especially during peak season. <br>The advantage of this apartment is that, although it’s located in a very lively area, it’s right above the Evolution 2 shop, where you can book activities throughout the valley. <br>Less than 500 metres away, you’ll find a Super U supermarket, a cinema, and numerous restaurants and bars—especially those along the Arve River, where the evening atmosphere is magical.<br><br>Thanks to its ultra-central location, you’ll have easy access to the Chamonix train station (0.1 km away) and the bus stop right next door for shuttles to the ski lifts (free of charge with the guest passes provided).<br>For guests arriving by car, there is a paid car park 500 m away (Mont Blanc car park).<br>Self-check-in (keybox)<br>Payment: 40% upon booking; 60% 30 days before check-in
