This 133 m² property is spread over three levels as follows:

A quiet and charming hamlet. Ideally located to fully enjoy the mountains, with hiking and cross-country ski trails just steps away. The ski areas are 2 km away. The tranquility of the setting and the breathtaking views will make your stay a timeless escape.
There are no shops within walking distance, but Chamonix (4 km) and Argentière (1.5 km) are easily accessible by car or public transport (300 m).

It’s best to have at least one vehicle, even though public transport is just 350 metres from the chalet. This bus stop also provides access to the shuttle service for the ski lifts. Three private parking spaces are available, one of which is covered.
To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 45 minutes to Megève/St. Gervais and 1 hour and 30 minutes to Geneva/Annecy. The centre of Chamonix is only 10–15 minutes away.
