A mansard level above provides an extra feeling of space. The mezzanine features a closed twin joinable bedroom and an open child-friendly room with bunk beds. There is a full family bathroom on the mansard floor and downstairs there is a separate WC.

The restful balcony retreat is easily reached by lift. Outside, the 4-storey residence offers on-site resident parking and a sunny shared garden. Its tranquil natural setting is also very convenient; being located 230metres from the Grands Montets ski lift and conveniently close to the train station and resort amenities.
