  • Completely renovated, this mansion from 1900 has retained all the charm of the old with its 4 fireplaces and original parquet floors, while offering you all modern comforts. With an area of 200m², it can accommodate up to 8-10 people, ideal for a family reunion in the countryside.
    In summer, in the large garden, you can enjoy the 8m by 4 heated swimming pool, garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court and deckchairs while you spend pleasant moments by the fire during winter. Inside, you will appreciate the comfort of the house:
    - A fully-equipped kitchen

Une maison très agréable dans une région peu connue

C’est une maison très confortable dans une région qui mérite vraiment d’être découverte. La maison est vraiment agréable avec par exemple de la hauteur sous plafond qui procure une bonne ventilation. La cuisine, récemment refaite, dispose de tout le nécessaire. Le soir, une agréable fraîcheur est la bienvenue. La maison bénéficie de la fibre. Dehors le jardin, est de bonne taille avec à disposition des chaises , des tables et des endroits ombragés. La piscine de belle taille a réellement fait le bonheur des enfants. Nous ne connaissions pas le Cantal. Ce fût pour nous une découverte très heureuse : chemin de rando, moyenne montagne, location de vélos à 10mn de la maison. De plus, les commerces à 10mn à velo (Champagnac) sont très sympas avec des produits de qualité. Nous recommandons cette maison pour laquelle les enfants ont déjà exprimé le souhait d’y retourner l’année prochaine.

Maison parfaitement conforme à nos attentes et à la description de l'offre. Très beau séjour au calme

Très belle maison bien équipée, au calme mais proche des commerces. La piscine est très agréable. Petit bémol : nous avons du nettoyer la piscine avant notre premier bain et acheter une nouvelle grille pour le barbecue car l'autre inutilisable (non nettoyée au fur et à mesure). Mais cela ne nous a pas gâcher notre belle semaine de vacances. Nous recommandons cette location.

Un superbe été !!

Nous avons passé un superbe été dans cette superbe maison ! Il faut dire que le coin est superbe : le Cantal, ses vallons, ses prés, les volcans pas loin pour de belles randos. Nous qui adorons le calme, la nature et les belles balades (et le bon fromage ! ), on ne peut qu'être ravis ! Pas de surprise par rapport à la description : la maison est magnifique (la déco est très chouette), propre et bien entretenue, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer des vacances comme chez soi ! Notre petit garçon a adoré les jeux et les livres qu'il y a trouvé,et nous avons tous profité du jardin si agréable Nous avons complété le gros tas de prospectus sur les choses à faire aux alentours par le Guide des Balades en Sumène Artense que nous avons acheté à l'Office du Tourisme, si ça peut servir aux suivants ;o) bref, une maison qu'on n'avait pas envie de quitter et où on reviendrait avec grand plaisir !

magnifique semaine dans une splendide propriété la maison est idéalement située pour effectuer de belles promenades en auvergne (châteaux ;puy...salers ,tournemire....) calme et serenite dans la maison meublee avec beaucoup de charme et d originalité,grand jardin.... excellent accueil pour la remise des clés ainsi que du propriétaire au tel nous avons envie d y revenir !

Un cadre et un hébergement très agréable

Une location très agréable, dans un cadre verdoyant et avec une maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût et bien entretenue. Un excellent souvenir à conseiller. Le propriétaire est de bons conseils et les balades, villages ou visites ne manquent pas (Salers, Lac de Bort les Orgues, Saignes et les balades dans les environs, les burons ou marché paysans, l'alligot, les fermes, ...). Bref à conseiller
