Each bedroom is equipped with an LCD TV and its own bathroom or shower and toilet, ensuring both privacy and convenience. The living areas include two inviting lounges, a grand dining room, and a fully equipped professional kitchen. This kitchen, perfect for preparing gourmet meals for a large group, boasts top-notch amenities such as a gas stove, electric and gas ovens, dual refrigerators, a freezer, and more.

As we have had some difficulties with as a recent tenant, I would like to remind you that parties are strictly prohibited in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m. (no shouting, no sound system, etc.) because the neighbors are very close

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.

Smoking is not allowed

You will need to inform our reception manager of your expected arrival time one week in advance. She will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay
