This beautiful and cosy flat is composed of a beautiful living room equipped with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and has two balconies of 4.10sqm and 4.65sqm facing South/East, fitted and not overlooked. New 4* residence - opening 17 December 2022 - composed of 14 south, south-east or south-west facing appartments with sunny balconies, pellet stoves (pellets not supplied), wifi and covered parking spaces. Bike racks and electric recharging points. Ski locker at the entrance to the residence with boot warmer. Extra-hotel services included: reception and opening of accommodation, supply of sheets and towels, beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning included excepet for the kitchen area. A human-sized, well-kept residence, close to the traditional Planay neighbourhood in Champagny en Vanoise. 650m from the start of the gondola lift, 100m from the mini-market and 500m from the rest of the shops and the heart of the village. Free communal shuttle buses are located in front of the residence, with a route from “Les Rochers” to “Le Bois” in Champagny-le-Haut ( frequency every 30 minutes in high season).
NEW: Opening in December 2023: a water park with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Open space - unless otherwise specified by COVID-19 health guidelines. WINTER: generally from the Christmas holidays to Easter. SUMMER: generally in July and August.
