We were 2 hours early but able to check in with no problem. The room was clean and very spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. My highlight was the ceiling fan in the bedroom, I am a hot sleeper and this was definitely a surprise added bonus for me!! Complimentary breakfast buffet was phenomenal!!! Well stocked, hot and great food!!! I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short or long term stay!!! Thank you for the great night and outstanding service!!!

The rooms were very clean! The breakfast area was very messy. The staff should properly staff and monitor the tables and the food area when there is a large event in town.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property was clean and the staff was helpful. However the in room amenities that we actually paid for and looking forward to using were not great - as an example, while there is an in suite kitchen, it did not even have the basic pots and pans, the ladels, and the cutlery. For the little bit of stuff in there, it was unclean and worn down that it could not br used. The in room phone even was not working. Housekeeping is alternate days and the crew never filled up basic things like toilet paper etc. my experience with Hilton is typically good, but this time was not the best. Finally, they could not even link my hilton honors id to my booking and that too added to my disappointment.

What stood out was the friendly, helpful staff and the staff diversity, which I believe is very important, especially because diversity of personnel reflects real life. Another fact is that I I feel at home at this hotel.

The room was clean, however no tissues in the tissue box and when we had used 1 roll of TP midway through our trip, it wasn't replaced by housekeeping, I had to ask at the desk for that. Trash cans are exceptionally small for a room with a kitchenette. TV's need a significant upgrade. It's 2026, not having the ability to stream is crazy especially when you only offer 40 channels at an extended stay type of hotel. Breakfast was okay, but offering pork carnitas with no tortilla or anything was an odd option. Overall no major issues, just small off-putting things. Pool is small, but was a nice temp and comfortable to swim in.
