Sunny Stylish 2 BR Cottage in the Heart of Champaign

Welcome to Champaign's coveted Clark Park Neighborhood, featuring tree-lined streets, gorgeous architectural diversity, old town character, and a convenient central location! Minutes from downtown, restaurants, bars, Starbucks, local coffee shops, Illini Memorial Stadium, the University of Illinois, Carle Hospital, OSF, and shopping!

This home boasts plenty of old house charm coupled with newly updated style. It includes 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, 1 full bath, and a living room with a smart TV. The kitchen comes fully supplied with everything you will need to cook including a variety of coffee and tea options.

There is a large fenced in yard with a patio, charming front porch, driveway parking and keypad entry.

Washer and dryer available.

*Please note that we allow up to 6 guests to accommodate families with young children. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each for sleeping arrangements.

You are renting the entire house and will not have to share any spaces. You will let yourself into the house via an access code, which we will send you prior to your arrival.

Cozy, comfortable and quiet treelined street.
Cozy, but not cluttered, clean well appointed property. Close to our favorite bakeries, Art Mart and Sun Singer and a short drive to the Virginia Theatre. Soft sheets and duvets, fluffy adult size towels. Nice coffee bar and snacks. Comfy front and back porches extend the size of the home, beautiful back yard and paved off street parking, quiet treelined street. Excellent instructions and communication from the host. We will definitely book the next time we're in Champaign for an event.

Adorable space near everything
We were visiting family for a graduation and didn't want to be in a hotel. This house was the perfect alternative. It sits on a quiet street in an adorable neighborhood. Nearby is a grocery story and a cafe for a quick walk to breakfast. The house itself is well appointed and spacious. It easily accommodated our group. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your stay. We were really impressed by the outdoor space (back yard and front porch). Throughout our stay we were able to contact the owner and they met all of our needs fully. Couldn't say enough positive things about this house. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Adorable bungalow
Great updated space in a cute neighborhood. Good location that is close to everything. So close to the Art Mart for coffee, pastry and specialty foods for easy take away. Great host. Will definitely be back again when in the area visiting my son at U of I. Thank you, Erica!

Such a gem!
We traveled to Champaign for an annual event and decided to stay in a rental vs. hotel. This house was perfect! Very tastefully and modernly updated/decorated but still has that cozy, quintessential bungalow feel. Thanks so much for the wonderful accommodations!
