This is a halfway house/ shelter or something The rooms are filthy. Gum stuck on the table Blood or feces on toilet The room looked like. Living room w/a dirty couch & recliner chair which made sense after we realized what was going on at the place. There was a drug deal going on right outside the back door by the room we were given. Customers should be warned that they are staying in a shelter.

We were there for 5 days for work. Got clean towels twice. Bed made once and it never got cleaned. No microwave. Went and bought a cheap one at Walmart so I could have coffee and a hot meal. Terrible place

The staff, and the rooms were very nice. The hotel is located in an area with wide varity of shopping and dining options. This is a great hotel is you have a pet. There is a huge area to walk pets and plenty of sidewalks to walk along to go to other places around the hotel. The only things that we experienced that was disappointing was the lack of hot water and wishing there was more offered for breakfast like meats, eggs, waffles... other than those two things, we hope to stay there on another trip.

We are traveling with a service animal and they went against ada regulations and charged us a pet fee plus a 100$ deposit. No elevators, place smelled of drugs, mini fridge didn't work and we set the ac to 61 and it didn't cool down the room at all. Over all I'm highly disappointed and will never stay there again. For anyone that doesn't know you can't be charged for having a service animal with you and the ada doesn't require documentation however she was in vest and i stated that she is a medical alert service dog

This hotel has not been remodeled or repaired in ages. The shower head was terrible and the whole room was disgusting. We heard everything going on above us.
