Mountain Villas 9C4 has twenty-one steps leading in, is one level, offers

internet access, and is not pet friendly. This deluxe-rated unit sleeps ten.

In the main living area, you'll find a living room featuring a flat-screen TV

and two queen sleeper sofas (please note the fireplace is not available for

guest use).



The fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two stools, and the

dining table seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second

bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds. There are two full baths in the unit.



This location is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the slopes and

main resort, and it's within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course.

The small viewing deck provides a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain

Resort's beautiful wooded landscape. Gas grill use is prohibited.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of

overflow parking available on-site within the Community.



All Mountain Villas condo rentals offer whole house air conditioning,

washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded

cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath

linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that

includes utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.

_**No indoor fireplace usage is available at Mountain Villas.**_



During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In

addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main

indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
