Mountain Villa 2B3 has five steps leading in and is a single-level unit within

walking distance of the golf course. This pet-friendly unit offers internet

access, has a premium rating, and sleeps ten. The living room features a flat-

screen TV and a queen sleep sofa. Please note that the fireplace is not

available for guest use. There is a fully functional kitchen, and the dining

room seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom

offers two pyramid bunk beds. The unit also includes two full baths.



A short complimentary shuttle ride takes you to the slopes and the main

resort. You can relax on the deck with a view of Seven Springs Mountain

Resort's beautiful, wooded landscape. Please note that Mountain Villa units

are not ski-in/ski-out.





Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of

overflow parking available on-site within the Community. All homes include

washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), Iron/Ironing board, expanded

cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are

paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue.



During the summer months, this unit is conveniently within walking distance

of the community pool. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to

utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations

required).

to sunny summer days, it is always the best time to plan a vacation to Seven

Springs. This winter, ski & ride the expertly groomed slopes and top-rated

terrain parks by day or join us under a blanket of stars with a refreshing

night skiing adventure (see hours of operation). After a day on the slopes,

take a swing at the mini golf course, try your hand at axe throwing at the

Foggy Goggle Axe House, or unwind with a swim at our indoor pool. During the

summer months, there are endless ways to explore the mountain. Zip through

treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-

round, relax and unwind with our services and treatments at the Trillium Spa.

Wonderful home! Everything was neat and clean! The kitchen was well stocked with untensils and pots and pans which made cooking a breeze! The toys were an added bonus for the kids. We hope to be back!
