Located in a peaceful village in the Dordogne, this 9-bed cottage invites you to discover the charms of the Périgord Nontronnais (Périgord vert) through its beautiful hiking trails and breathtaking landscapes.<br><br>Old house with an up-to-date taste composed of:<br>- On the ground floor: a dining/living room with fitted kitchen, double sofa bed and flat screen TV, toilet<br>- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds and single bed, office with single bed, bathroom with bath and WC<br>- Small garden separated from the house by a quiet alley, with barbecue on request<br>- Large parking space in front<br><br>Bed linen, towels, barbecue, washing machine, wifi and TV included.<br>On request: travel cot<br><br>Possibility to rent the adjacent house, our second gîte, for a total of 18 beds.<br><br>Located 50km from Angoulême, Périgueux and Limoges by road, the cottage will allow you to access the tourist places of Brantôme, Oradour-sur-Glane, Nontron and Bourdeilles in less than 45 minutes by car.<br><br>This is a non-smoking accommodation. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 20 euros.<br><br>Check-in is from 4-5 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m. However, it is possible to arrive earlier or leave later if no other reservation is impacted.
