We paid extra for the confort room but saw no difference. The car park was full. The full breakfast was poor. No orange juice only mixed with apple, no eggs (even boiled ones), only one type of cheese. Could have been so much better.

Nice large Apartment/ rooms with a sofa bed for the kids and a kitchenette. The Breakfast had a great selection. The staff were helpful and spoke French and English. The Hotel is excellently located in the centre of Le Mans with parking available on the street or at a cost in a secure car park.

Superbe gite parfaitement equipe. Tout est neuf . Mobilier de jardin , literie , materiel cuisine , canapé ..etc plein de jeudi pour enfants …!! Très bien situe pres d un super u . Un grand champ pour les jeudi de ballon . Excellent pour une famille .
