The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was as pictured and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is located downtown and a close walk to restaurants. If your looking for a place to stay in Changwon, I would recommend.

Great place!
Stay was great! I stayed for 2 nights and had no issues. Check in was extremely quick and the car was parked for us. I booked the classy king room and it was clean and comfortable. One downside is there aren't many English channels on the TV but it is Korea.

Great modern hotel with a large bed, the hotel staff was great, the hotel was within walking distance to many great food options. The breakfast needs a little more information and maybe some tweaking.

Comfortable, clean and well run hotel right in the center of the action in Changwon. The Western breakfast items are a bit limited, but the beds are the BEST I've had in Korea and the staff are friendly.

Limited Western choices in CW, great value here
Worth making a reservation with breakfast, small dining area but fresh buffet with multiple hot options. Small surface parking lot. Great location downtown, have stayed at Pullman last 5 trips and happy that I tried somewhere new this time. Much better value here, great English by the staff - easily arranged taxis / answered question.
