"Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Apparently, this is a new hotel, so, hopefully, these problems will be fixed in the future."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham in Busan. The amenities and facilities were exceptional. The room was extremely clean and serviced well. I cannot fault the staff on their service either.
