Αυτό το πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και άνετο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης των Χανίων, μόλις 500μ. Από το παλιό ενετικό λιμάνι.
Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 5ο και τελευταίο όροφο ενός συγκροτήματος και διαθέτει ανελκυστήρα. Είναι 65τμ και περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με μπαλκόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μεγάλο μπάνιο, καθιστικό και βεράντα 15τ.μ. με θέα στην πόλη. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας δύο ατόμων σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο και ενός ακόμα στον καναπέ-κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό στα υπνοδωμάτια και στο σαλόνι, άνετο χώρο εργασίας και τηλεόραση 50 ιντσών.
Η περιοχή είναι ασφαλής και μπορείτε να περπατήσετε άνετα γύρω από την πόλη. Πολύ κοντά (100μ.) Θα βρείτε σούπερ μάρκετ, τράπεζες, φαρμακεία, καταστήματα, καφετέριες, εστιατόρια. Η δημόσια αγορά απέχει μόλις 190 μέτρα, ενώ στα 30 μέτρα υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης.

Super Lage, saubere Wohnung

Wir würden uns beim nächsten Kreta Urlaub für die selbe Wohnung entscheide da: -sauber -zentrale Lage -großer Balkon -gemütliche Betten Auch die Agentur hat sich direkt Zeit genommen und uns sämtliche Strände und tolle Restaurants empfohlen. Kreta und vor allem Chania ist eine Reise wert.
