Villa Koukounari enjoys a private hilltop position in Agios Matthaios, a beautiful and peaceful resort, full of pine trees with breathtaking view overlooking the entire town of Chania, just 4 kms away from the center of the town and the old Venetian harbour and 10 kms from the international airport.



The villa is built in two levels and consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each level has its own kitchen, living and dining room. In the ground level there is also a fitness center and a home cinema. In our atmospheric terrace you can enjoy the sun in our lounge chairs or relax in our comfortable sofas luxuriating the scenery and peaceful nature surrounding the villa, day or night.Thanks to big trees you can always find a cool and shaded place (even if it is a really hot day). A big yard bordered by grass – an ideal space for games and sports like table tennis – welcomes you on arrival. In the backyard there is an outdoor barbecue and a wood-oven, in which you can prepare delicious dishes. You can also enjoy your breakfast and meals on our stone table under the wooden pergola. The villa has a private parking, suitable 



Villa Koukounari is located at the green grove of Agios Mathaios, only 15 minutes away from the city center of Chania. From the atmospheric terrace of Villa Koukounari you will enjoy the panoramic view of Chania town.
