This is one of two newly built stone villas with private pools. Each villa has a traditional architecture with two sedately apartments each, with a swimming pool each.
The villas are located in an olive grove of 5 acres with sunny green gardens and beautiful sea and mountain views , just 200 meters in a straight line from the sea and the beach of Marathi.
This villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 2 Double beds, 3 Single beds and 1 Semi-double beds.
The villa has two floors with two SEPARATE entrance doors:
The ground floor has a separate entrance and has two bedrooms (one room with a double bed & the other room with two single beds).
The first floor has a separate entrance with two bedrooms also (one room with a double bed & the other room has a semi-double bed and one single bed).
