Cobo Bay Hotel

"Staff friendly and helpful. The room was small but had excellent views of the bay which made up for it plus having a balcony in the current hot weather was very useful the main road in front of the hotel is a bit nosy but because of the views you put up with it more than happy to stay there again a very enjoyable long weekend celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary - They also offer a very good breakfast each morning we eat in their restaurant a couple of nights food was also too a very good standard"

"Fantastic spacious room, excellent choices for breakfast and evening meals, staff all very friendly and helpful especially Rachel from the spa giving us a lift to the beach, cliff top walk to St Peter Port was a hike up and down and took 2.5 hours but the scenery was amazing, just take water and sensible shoes. Bus service on the island was on a timetable of its own choice but comfortable buses when they came , would definitely go back ."

"Had a lovely stay, a warm welcome from the reception desk. Breakfast was tasty. Didn't get chance to use it but the outdoor pool looked really nice, clean and well maintained. Liked the option of a free shuttle bus down to town each morning. Room was a good size and overlooked the gardens and pool. I would stay again."

"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier. Everything seemed well organised."

"I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a very central location, making it really convenient for getting around, and it is only a few minutes’ walk from the bus station. The Grill House is excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice. I was told that the spa is excellent as well, although sadly I didn’t get the chance to use it during my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"A charming hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. A good place for a solo traveller. Although, it's a little way out of town, it has a good size car park, a complimentary mini bus service, that goes into town twice in the morning and returns twice a day and a bus stop virtually opposite the entrance. Was glad I was warned about the lack of air conditioning, so I brought a small fan which I needed despite being able to leave the French windows to my balcony open. The choice of hot food at the breakfast was the best I've ever seen. I did my best to try most of it but would have needed a far longer stay. The free trip around the island was a delightful surprise. The mini bus driver was so full of interesting stories and help to find places to visit."

"Room very clean and breakfast very good Position of hotel and good for town and bus terminal We booked a deluxe twin room which was much smaller than expected had no air conditioning and shower pressure very poor. Beds comfortable and location quiet though. Staff (especially breakfast ones) were very friendly and helpful. A mini fridge would have been an improvement."
