"Generally a very positive experience. The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable but the room a little dated. Everywhere was clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing on the first day but did improve."

"We had a sea facing balcony. The sunsets were beautiful. The staff were so helpful and always smiling. The food was delicious. The room and public areas were immaculately clean. Such a wonderful place to have a holiday. We thoroughly recommend staying here."

"Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."

"The Pomme D'or is a beautiful hotel. The staff and facilities were first class in my opinion. The hotel is charming and located right in the center of St Hellier. Everyone we interacted with was smiling and eager to help. Definitely recommend this to all."

"Excellent location and quality of accommodation. Had a fabulous time. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Food in the restaurants high quality. Spa was lovely. Could do with a heated towel rail in the bathrooms but that’s a small thing really. Overall excellent. Would definitely come back."

"Really nice hotel and the spa is fantastic. A couple of suggestions to make it even better 1. Some of the guests said they had no aircon. Our room was great, but it sounded like a few rooms were without, which wasn't so good in the hot weather. 2. It would be nice to have more water in the rooms. We had 2 plastic bottles of water in day 1. Maybe a glass bottle which could be refilled (better than plastic bottles) would be better 3. We were a little surprised that last orders at the bar was 11:00pm Not big issues - the hotel is lovely, but 1 or 2 considerations could improve things."
