The hotel is in the flight path of the airport, so aircraft sounds are to be expected. Hopefully, the folks in neighboring rooms will be respectful, but ours were not and we heard yelling and emotional outbursts until around 2am. A call to the front desk was not helpful. Bed was comfortable, but peaceful quiet was inconsistent during our stay.

The shuttle drivers Luis and Richard were awesome with advice and hotel surroundings. The check in with Mr Sahil went smoothly and he was very professional and helpful in all our needs. Mrs. Januka at the cafeteria did an awesome job assisting with the Breakfast essentials, the cleanliness of the Breakfast area was awesome and hotel lobby was inviting smelling nice. I Thank them for a wonderful experience , first time in Chantilly VA. Definitely will be back.

The front desk staff were not very friendly. The lady’s in the breakfast room were very nice and helpful. There was suppose to be a coffee maker in the room. There was not. Stayed 5 nights and never got room service.
