"The cabin is everything shown in the listing..and more. The photos don't do justice to all the personal touches and thoughtful conveniences at the property. Its cozy, comfortable, and well appointed. We had a great local dinner at the lodge nearby recommended by the host. The property couldn't be more convenient to Lassen Park. The location is very quiet most of the time. The only complaint is that a loud motor came on at 5 am each morning behind the bedroom (a generator?) The first morning it turned off after ten minutes, but the next morning it stayed on for a few hours. All in all, highly recommended."
"The staff were pleasant, so friendly and fun to talk to. Everyone was extremely accommodating. The food was simple but exceptional. There was plenty to do from horseback riding and hiking to board games and bonfires. Truly a memorable experience."
"What an amazing little cabin. Such a wonderful mountain cabin vibe with the fire pit, creek out door space. Plenty of coffee and firewood for us to use also. Very clean and all the beds were really comfortable. The only thing is I would have loved check in information much earlier. I had to message 2 times the day of check in but finally got a response when I messaged directly to their mobile number. We were 2hrs prior to check in at this stage, travelling and about to go out of service so could have been quite stuck. Would love to stay again though as was a wonderful cabin. Definitely recommend."
Camping Cabin A Near Lassen NP With Shared Bathrooms/Showers
10/10 Excellent
"Such a peaceful and relaxing campground in the woods. The cabin was perfect for what we needed, cozy and made it easier on us with having bedding and towels to utilize. So much open space and truly a gem. 20 minutes, if that, to the entrance of Lassen Volanic NP. We’ll definitely be coming back. Only regret is not staying longer"
