"I booked very last minute due to a flight delay and long layover in Casablanca. Samil and team, were very fast to respond for the shuttle from the airport even with the very late hour. "Bel établissement, personnel accueillant, mais prestations hôtelière et de restauration pas dutout à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. De plus on nous a imposé une réception avec la musique à fond pendant 2h sous nos fenêtres alors que nous avions choisi un hôtel loin du centre pour pouvoir se reposer. Très regrettable. Nous n y retournerons pas "
