This 2200 sq. ft. property boasts a modern layout, complete with a large king-size bedroom, 70" smart TV, movies on all the major networks and channels to catch all your favorite programs, sports and movies, as well as wireless fiber internet (400Mbps x 400Mbps) and fully equipped kitchen. With a washer and dryer, tankless hot water, and triple filtered water faucet, you'll feel right at home.

Enjoy the new outdoor patio right off the living room with mountain and lake views complete with outdoor dining area with BBQ, outdoor sofas with patio umbrellas and lounge chairs to sit out and enjoy the fantastic weather morning, noon or night.

We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us.
