The Space:

Step into a spacious two-level Ajijic home filled with warm colors, arched details, natural wood, and traditional Mexican character. Designed for up to 6 guests, the layout offers comfortable spaces for families and groups to gather and unwind. 🌿



🏡 First floor

The first floor features the main living room with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a decorative fireplace. It also includes the dining area, private kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and one full bathroom with a shower.



The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven, sink, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, counter space, and storage.



🛏️ Second floor

Upstairs, the second bedroom includes two double beds and storage space. A second full bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. Both bathrooms are shower-only and do not have bathtubs.



Please note that an indoor staircase is required to access the second-floor bedroom and bathroom.



🌺 Shared outdoor spaces and pool

Guests can enjoy the covered outdoor seating and dining area, lush courtyard, garden, and swimming pool. These outdoor spaces and the pool are shared with the other accommodations on the property.

A shared washer and dryer are available on the property for guest use.

Street parking is available near the property on a first-come, first-served basis.

🌊 Lake Chapala is an important part of Ajijic’s identity. Around town, guests can visit the Ajijic Malecón for lakeside scenery, spend time around the Plaza Principal, explore local art, or enjoy a relaxed meal at one of the area’s many restaurants and cafés.

Getting Around:

🚶 Casa Deltoro Unit A is located along Carretera Poniente, giving guests convenient access to Ajijic’s Centro area and other lakeside communities.



Many restaurants, cafés, shops, galleries, and local attractions around central Ajijic can be explored on foot. Because parts of Ajijic are known for cobblestone streets and uneven walking surfaces, comfortable footwear is recommended. 👟



🚌 Local buses travel through Ajijic and connect the town with nearby communities around Lake Chapala. Taxis and app-based rides may also be requested for destinations that are farther away, although availability can vary.



🚗 Having a car can be helpful for day trips to Chapala, San Juan Cosalá, Guadalajara, and other destinations around Jalisco. Street parking is available near the property, but spaces are not reserved and are subject to availability.
