"We went to check in and NOBODY WAS AT THE PROPERTY. It was completely empty, dirty, and most of the windows on the outside of the windows were cracked. This hotel needs to authorize a refund. This is the most unpleasant experience trying to just check in. And again, nobody was at the property"
