"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. Nous avons trouvé de nombreuses toiles d’araignées et, pour un service hôtelier, il est regrettable d’avoir dû faire le ménage nous-mêmes.
