The accommodation is renovated by our hands in an approximate way, narrow and dangerous stairs for the elderly, young children and pets, be aware of all these details before booking.

About us?:
Charix's house, as we called it, was built in 1650, enlarged, and then abandoned for 70 years before we took possession of it in (2019). We bought it with the aim of making it habitable, to make it 5 apartments, and renovated it in the best possible way in order to offer our guests a feeling of relaxation and pleasure.

Despite the fact that we did not have the support of the banks to acquire this property, we continued to fight and here we are today, owners.

We renovated it having bought the necessary equipment with our salaries, having recovered equipment right and left, insulated in an ecological way.

To date, we are happy to have finished the first cottage and to be able to let you stay there. Some modifications will always be necessary, and we would love to hear your opinion. Access to our house is very simple.
currently in full house. renovation you could not miss .
it makes quite an angle if you come from Oyonnax
our north facing has been redone, it is an earth green colour. If you come from Nantua or the highway it is the second stone house arriving at the village of Haut.
