"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was delicious with many options. The room was clean and beautiful, however we found the conditioner bottle was empty. That's the only thing we found lacking."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience. The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is better than some other hotels in which we have stayed. The room is always clean and is equipped with an armoire for clothes, hangers for winter jackets or backpacks and a bench for placing suitcases or other items to keep them off the floor. As always, the family and I had a great stay. My daughter is 6 years old and this is her favorite hotel in which to stay when we are in Saint John. "

"Apartment was very close to Uptown so it was easy to get to the various sites. Comfortable beds and space to relax in. Grocery is across the street so easy to pick up stuff when you need it. Free parking outside was easy. We arrived at night and the unit was a bit difficult to find in the dark but once we were there, everything was great. "
