Nice place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for the evening. Friendly front desk. Assistance with a room key not working properly (even offered a late check out for the inconvenience). Very comfortable and clean bed. Excellent breakfast selections! I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was nice, decent breakfast. The room is worn, With dings and chips in all the furniture. The worst thing is the floor; it was absolutely filthy. I made the mistake of walking, barefoot for a few minutes, and my feet were nasty. I’m mopped the entire floor myself using their towels, and the towels were pretty much brown and black when I was done. It was one of the cheapest rooms in town, so I guess you get what you pay for..

We walked in our room and it looked like nobody had ever cleaned the floor! I had to clean the room with Clorox wipes when I got there. Sink wasn’t cleaned, toilet has mold that you can clearly see under the lip, I even cleaned the doors because they were so dirty. Beds were completely uncomfortable. The breakfast was good though. That’s my positive of this stay. Stay at the casino across the street instead of this place.

Such a great check-in process - very quick and pleasant. Staff was wonderful and engaging. Place was extremely clean and quiet. It was a last minute stop and I was completely pleased with the property.

The staff was fine and the breakfast was good. However, our room was filthy. Smears of something on the bathroom door. The toilet had dried urine on the seat and the entire bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The shower didn’t drain so you stood in ankle-deep water. The floor of the room appeared to not have been swept in a long time. Would definitely not stay here again.

Great Location - Nice stay

Hotel is in a great location. The lady at the front desk (Teena) was really nice and even drives a shuttle to get people around safely. Only complaint was the floors weren’t clean and there was cob webs in every corner, but the bed was clean and was comfy and that’s the most important - TV was really nice too. We didn’t get breakfast, but the breakfast area looked pretty big and looked like it would have all kinds of options for breakfast. I would stay there again

The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest. The only reason I didn’t give this place a perfect rating was because of the smell of cigarettes in the room. But the customer service definitely made up for it.
