Straight ahead, a gracious, yet welcoming family room with custom built-ins, fireplace, and offers French doors out to the covered porch, deck, and pool beckons guests to relax. Four lovely guest suites with private en suites—two with ocean views and covered poolside porches—offer family and guests every comfort. Two king beds, one queen bed, and the fourth suite has two twin beds plus a sofabed option.

Upstairs, a second living room with 10-foot coffered ceiling, features a marble surround gas log fireplace, ample space to relax and entertain, and French doors that open out to the incredible cantilevered covered porch and deck with outdoor grilling station. The perfect place to enjoy life and entertain, the porch offers panoramic views of the golf course and ocean, amazing seaside breezes, and the perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set over Kiawah.

The gourmet kitchen features bright and glass front cabinetry, granite perimeter counters, a granite-topped beverage station with two wine refrigerators, breakfast bar with designer pendant lighting, and table space for four. Top-tier appliances include a five-burner Thermador gas cooktop, Thermador double ovens, and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The kitchen opens out to an incredible covered porch with wood clad barrel vault ceiling and with plenty of space to dine and serve refreshments.

Perfect for relaxing and entertaining, the outdoor living space offers incredible breezes and ample space to recline, enjoy refreshments, and dine al fresco. A separate dining room attends the butler’s pantry, providing a perfect place to celebrate special occasions.

The second-floor master suite is spacious and light-filled. The private retreat is complete with a library with fireplace and French doors out to the ocean front deck. A perfect place to read, the library can be sequestered with pocket doors for added privacy.

The luxurious granite-appointed master bath offers a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. A third level den with a foosball table, sofa, and chairs provides some of the most dramatic ocean views available on Kiawah. There is a sofabed on the third level as well for extra guests.

Pool can be heated for $165 per day, four day minimum. No smoking, no pets, and no events, no exceptions will be made. For your safety, a security monitoring device is located outside the home.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
