A great set up for friends or family who want to get away and experience downtown Charleston.

Nicely Appointed Bedrooms: New high quality linens and new high quality mattresses. Spacious, fully equipped, updated kitchen- perfect for cooking, entertaining, enjoying with friends.

House has great ambiance- stylishly appointed, well-maintained and extremely comfortable. Includes 2 parking spaces, Washer/Dryer, WiFi.

The Space:
Unlike a condo, you will not have to deal with neighbors above or below. It is professionally decorated and fully renovated.

Enjoy wonderful natural light, high definition television, washer dryer, and a charming porch and courtyard. Linens and towels are included. Household items/appliances include microwave, coffee grinder, coffee maker, high def TV, gas range and electric oven, LeCreuset cookware, fridge, disposal, ice maker, pop-up toaster, tea kettle, hairdryer, iron & small ironing board, dishes, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, soap.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Cannon Street in the design district of Downtown Charleston, it is a short walk from popular restaurants and bars including two James Beard recipient restaurants. Enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining with Southbound, Indaco, The Grocery, and The Ordinary, all located within 3 blocks of the cottage. For a morning sweet treat try Sugar Bakeshop just steps away. Newly opened, family run sandwich shop, Ladles, is directly across the street.

Getting Around:
The house is located just three blocks from Upper King Street and walking distance to everything. Uber and Lyft are available, and you can rent bicycles from Affordabike or the Bicycle Shoppe.
