Perfect location for experiencing all Charleston has to offer!

Beautiful cottage behind a home in a residential neighborhood. 10 to 30 minutes to beaches and great restaurants in the old town area. We were able to spend time at Folly Beach, to Sullivans Island, and Isle of Palms. Just 10 minutes from Charleston‘s old town. We highly recommend this place.

Charming cottage in a perfect location!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely cottage! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions we had, which made the entire experience seamless. The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still in a great location close to local attractions. Brooke was very helpful from the first booking all the way to the last day of our stay. Cottage was 100% everything that was advertised and very well kept. Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I recently took our first trip as a family of three with our 1-year-old daughter! Cute guesthouse close to iconic Charleston sites

This guesthouse was in a quiet neighborhood not too far from downtown Charleston. It was perfect for us to get to great restaurants downtown and attractions like Ft. Sumter, Patriot Point, and the aquarium. The house itself was comfortable and cute! We reached out to the owners for a restaurant recommendation, and they were able to offer us several local restaurants to choose from quickly.

Long weekend in Charleston

Beautifully appointed cottage just a 10 min drive into the heart of Charleston. We thought we would Uber in each day, but it is remarkably easy and inexpensive to park in downtown Charleston in one of the many available parking garages. The cottage is also within walking distance to the cute town of Avondale where there are also many great restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to explore Charleston!

Spotless Getaway

Property was in a lovely neighborhood, conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores and only 10 minutes to Charleston Market area. The place was spotless and stocked with all of the essentials. The size was perfect for four of us although it can sleep several more. Cooking is limited due to the lack of a stove but Charleston has plenty of wonderful restaurants.

Wonderful Spring Break!

We enjoyed the cottage so much! Everything was so well thought out and all the details were just perfect. Our teenage and tween daughters loved the bunk beds, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space in-between activities. The kitchen area was just enough so we could grab a quick breakfast or lunch. It was also centrally located to all the different areas of Charleston. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we were able to walk to both icecream and pizza as a reprieve from battling the traffic. We would highly recommend.

Great accommodations, close to everything

My mom and I spent a week here and it was exactly as we expected. The guest house is a cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Each day when we traveled back to the house we remarked about how convenient it was. The decor in the house was very nice and felt like home. Brooke and Eric were extremely helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants and locations to check out. Would stay here again if we come back. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Our family of five visited Charleston for the first time and loved it. The house was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where we were never far away from any of the sights, beaches, or restaurants. It was also a great resetting stop for us when the kids needed a break or lunch. We utilized the washer and dryer as well! Brooke definitely thought of every detail! If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! There was not one thing missing! It was clean. The bedding was fresh. The moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed, like home away from home. There are plenty of amenities - the kitchen had all of the basics. There were even little extras in case something got forgotten at home. It’s located in a perfect location with easy access to anything in Charleston, yet is in a quiet neighbor, a welcome respite from the crowdedness and busyness of Charleston. Top that off with Brooke’s hospitality and you will want to come back again soon!

Perfect Location, Lovely Place

The cottage is located a mile and a half outside downtown in a lovely neighborhood. It is very convenient to reach of the sites. It’s about 15 minutes to Folly Beach.Everything in the cottage was extremely clean, neat and modern. The host provided snacks, beverages, and all amenities that you would need.This is a perfect location for a family as the loft provides most of the beds and is an open space. The downstairs bedroom is private.We highly recommend this property!The only caveat is we were not aware that there is no stove or oven. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig, toaster oven and there is a hot plate provided.Do not hesitate to book this property.

Charleston family trip

The property manager was incredibly responsive. She sent us information on local restaurants and places to visit. The property was clean and was very accurately represented in the photos. It was perfect for our family reunion of 4 adults. It was a longer walk than we anticipated to get to restaurants so we needed to drive in many cases. We used the driveway and shared the back yard with the owners which was not an issue but for those who want to be totally apart from the owner, this may be a consideration. However, the owners did not come out when we were using the beautiful yard and gave us privacy.It was a lovely neighborhood and the cost was reasonable. Downtown Charleston was cost prohibitive and this property was close enough to easily visit the beach, downtown Charlestown, and other attractions. This is a quiet and clean place to enjoy and explore the Charleston area which I highly recommend.
