Enjoy the communities historical factor of years gone bye dating back to the 1700's Enjoy kayaking ,bike riding ,fishing or boating from the private dock or hard bottom wading (some of the best Redfish wading in the low country) All necessities are in 1 short direction (grocery, beverage and restaurant) a public boat ramp and fishing pier are in the other short direction Gourmet kitchen, outdoor cooking or delivery and of course dining for all likes are all available on Folly Beach (4 min) James Island (2min.)
