Cheerful townhome near Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Charleston & Shem Creek.

Hang out in the gorgeously updated kitchen and bar or relax on the soft, cozy leather couch in the den. Patio has a privacy fence and can be used almost year round. WiFi and smart TV if you need to work remotely or help keep kids entertained. Bedrooms are a decent size and bathrooms have been totally updated. Relax in a nice bath in either bathroom. I will have better pictures soon. These were taken with a phone while we were furnishing it to get it live. STR Permit – ST240180

My daughter travelled to Charleston to attend a softball camp. We stayed a few extra days to enjoy the local sites and beaches. Location was Fantastic!! Everything you could need close by!

Clean and Spacious Condo

We had a great stay at this condo off 17 in Mount P. Tons of room, well-maintained, spotless cleaning. I'd highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Charleston.

Great experience

Everything was as advertised and an overall great experience for our family of five. Very comfortable property and surprisingly calm considering the downtown location. I did not read the property's description properly so it was not a good idea on my part to drive my pick up truck. The parking space, as advertised, is fairly small. Totally MY fault. I had no problem finding parking spaces on the street although I was illegally parked most of the time (no ticket!).

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We found the property to be close to everything we wanted to visit during our vacation. The property was clean and adequate for our needs, and while we were nervous about coming from a quiet little rural community, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was! I would recommend to anyone!

Short Getaway

Enjoyed our stay in this well-located townhome. Home is a short trip to the beaches and Sullivan's Island. Minutes from shopping restaurants. Drove 1 mile to kayaking. The home was well stocked with towels, extra blankets, and toilet paper. Comfortable stay!

Just As Advertised!

My family enjoyed a weeks vacation in this rental which was perfectly suited for our needs. The neighborhood was great to walk our pup, take a run or walk to nearby businesses. The location was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go - Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Sullivans Island, etc. So many tasty restaurants close by too. We had great communication with the host. The townhouse was nicely decorated with many little touches for a guest.

Overall loved it. Looks exactly as it shows on website. Very clean and decorated nicely. Lovely neighborhood, short drive to stores and restaurant's. Only negative is we needed an ironing board but didn’t find one and one of the guest beds was quite squeaky however would most definitely stay there again. Perfect for our little family 😊

Affodable for the area

This rental is what is advertised, nothing more. Price was reasonable for location. Beds are squeaky, pillows are flat. Could use new of each. Lack of hand soap and toiletries which the host quickly remedied. The location is wonderful for ease of getting to everything. Walking distance to Shem Creek.

Location, location....

This property is conviently located to restaurants, beaches and activities. Very much enjoyed and appreciated the USS YORKTOWN and Patriots Point Park as well as the dolphin cruise. Grocery options close by as well.

Family historical trip

We chose to stay here because of its proximity to Ft Sumter and the plantations we planned to visit on this trip. The location was perfect with easy drives to each destination. The house was clean and comfortable for my family. With 2 college age children on this trip, having the quantity of bedrooms/bathrooms was very convienient.

Good location

It was a nice clean townhouse close to a wedding we were attending at Patriots Point. The down side was that the beds were squeaky and there was no soap or shampoo provided. .
