Beautiful condo located in Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms which is just 20 minutes from Historic Charleston, South Carolina. This condo is located on the 3rd floor overlooking a pool and marina. Guests have all privileges of the Wild Dunes resort including world class golf, use of the tennis facilities, and the Wild Dunes beach club. Located near Charleston, guests are just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston.

Marina view two bedroom/bath apartment style homes with screened porch. This condo is equipped with high-Speed wireless internet.

Moorings Villas are located on Yacht Harbor Court; the nearest pool is the Moorings; 1000 yards to the beach; 2600 yards to the Grand Pavilion; 2600 yards to the Harbor Club; the back of the property has a Morgan Creek and Isle of Palms Marina view.

Had a wonderful stay at Wild Dunes. The condo is in a great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village but a quick walk to the boardwalk, tennis, village restaurants and market, etc. We enjoyed walking on the shaded sidewalks and coffee on the porch overlooking the harbor. Quick walk or ride to nearby restaurants and the beach. Condo was clean and had all the needed amenities for a wonderful stay. Have stayed at many of the other condos at Wild Dunes but the Moorings is one of our favorites. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at this lovely condo with my husband and two college-age daughters. It was perfect fit for us while we were in Isle of Palms. Well appointed in every way and conveniently located to the beach, marina, etc. It's only a short drive from Charleston as well. The condo building has covered parking, an elevator and overlooks the pool/marina. The condo is pretty, spacious, clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was awesome from start to finish. It's a wonderful vacation rental and we're glad we found it. Thanks!

Perfect location for boat-watching. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Chris called us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was good. Later that night we were cooking dinner and blew a fuse. We had to call him to find the breaker box, which was hidden behind wall decor. He answered promptly, told me where to find box, then called back a few minutes later to make sure everything was ok. We had a nice, relaxing weekend just as we had hoped. I would definitely stay here again.

I was staying at this location while in the area attending a wedding with a few friends. Everything worked out great and the reception was 5 minutes away. The next day we spent the day in Charleston which was a lot of fun. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. It was nice to sit out on the screened in porch and the weathers in October was around 75 everyday. We would visit again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful place! Everything was so nice, cozy and felt like home. Your place was supplied with any and everything you would need. The porch was perfect for breakfast/coffee in the morning. Great place to walk and enjoy the scenery. The beach house was an excellent place to watch the sunset in the evening. We had a terrific stay on Isle of Palms. The photos and listing of this property were accurate. The amenities were as described and very nice. Communication with Chris was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again. Isle of Palms is a great destination! This property was quiet and very relaxing. Beautiful view of the sunset from the screened porch!

The pictures do not do justice. My wife actually changed locations to do hair and makeup for our wedding due to the great views and open floor plan. The only negative was that people park in the “No parking” areas directly behind and to the side of the allocated parking spot thus making it difficult to maneuver. Highly recommend otherwise. Thank you for a great place.

We enjoyed staying at the Condo, we found it just as was described. Easy to access with the elevator and plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. The screened porch was comfortable even in the middle of the summer. I would enjoy returning again.

This location is unbeatable. The owner is exceptional at communication and gave me a list of amenities and answered all questions. I felt pure luxury from the moment walking in. My twins loved the twin beds. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the marina and a shower I could stay in all day! The beds are so comfortable, which is important being a busy mom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need and more. I was able to do our laundry before we left with a very nice washer and dryer. The tvs in all rooms have all you need, esp for kids. (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Every night we walked along the marina on the walkway which will be a special memory. I am so thankful for this trip. I hope to stay here again. :)

The condo was even better than expected -stocked with everything you could hope for and attractive blue & white beach decor throughout. We had one very minor issue with the pool gate and the owner was a) profusely apologetic and b) ithe issue was resolved within a few hours. We were enjoying ourselves so much, we were happily able to extend our stay by another night!
