"They overbooked our rooms so half of our party had to go to another hotel .4 miles away which was REALLY disappointing since we all live in different states and wanted to spend time together and not have to walk back and forth. The gym also was .4 miles away and had to pay a resort fee. Who wants to go that far to work out?? The hotel was nice and clean, staff friendly BUT SO FRUSTRATED about the rooms. Had they updated us prior we all could have gone to same hotel OR they could have sent us both to same location."

"Great staff. Our plane was delayed by 5hrs and we arrived at the hotel at 1am. They couldn’t have been nicer and upgraded us at no charge to a suite. The hotel is perfectly located for walking around the Downtown and the restaurant had great food and great service."
