Great home base for all the Lowcountry offers! Centrally located just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston and Charleston's beautiful beaches. This renovated villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with all the conveniences of home and beach chic decor. It has its own private fenced in back yard with outdoor shower. Private driveway and screen porch.
There are two bedrooms, each room has plenty of light. One bedroom with a double bed. The other has a full size bed and a bunk bed. A renovated kitchen stocked with the essentials; stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, pots & pans and toaster. A washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, and Blow Dryer are also provided . Two beach cruiser bikes, and beach chairs. All linens and towels provided.

Our home is conveniently located less than a mile from Shem Creek. We have shared our favorite places "Where the locals are" and all things Mt. Pleasant/ Charleston Sights, Bites and Family Fun. Need information on extra bike rentals, water taxi to downtown, all your baby gear, beach gear or even grocery needs that can be delivered let us know. We have all the information.

Great location near Shem Creek!

We enjoyed being only a 15 minute drive to the Citadel where our son is as well as close to some of our favorite restaurants in Shem Creek. Excellent communication with the owner! Very comfortable beds!

We so enjoyed our stay at this listing. The house was super clean and had everything you need. Bonus - the bikes and beach chairs/beach umbrellas. This listing is in a great area, close to Sullivan's Island and downtown Charleston. We would absolutely book again at this listing!

Convenient option for visiting the Charleston area

Myself and a few friends stayed in the property during a weekend visit to Charleston. It was in a convenient location - a short, easy drive or rideshare into downtown Charleston and even shorter drive to Sullivan Island. The house had what we needed when it came to space and provisions and was clean.

Lovely Home

This is a lovely little home in a great neighborhood. I was traveling with my teenager and we felt safe as it is actually a duplex. Super clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and bikes and chairs were a bonus. Large fenced back yard if you have little ones and we also enjoyed that hammock.

Comfortable, clean and in between Charleston and Sullivans Island!

This location worked well for us as we wanted to be in between downtown Charleston and Sullivans Island. Comfortable, clean, quiet house. It’s two blocks from the main road which is helpful when doing errands. Nothing fancy, but fit our needs for the week. We appreciated having bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas. And my husband enjoy the outdoor shower. The window blinds are good for privacy, but the sun comes in the morning so bring an eye cover if you’re sensitive.

The place is very convenient to Charleston and Sullivan’s Island. It is clean and everything works as expected. There is a private back yard so if you have children they can play outside.

Great location at a great price

We loved staying here! It was very clean and perfect for a girls getaway. A little hard with one bathroom for 6 people but there is an outdoor shower that was great. Super close to Shems Creek and easy to get the Charleston and the beach. The price couldn’t be beat!

Great Location

Property worked well for my wife and two children. Easy to get anywhere in the Charleston area from here. Not a lot of frills, but nice and functional. Owner was easy to reach when we had questions. The only downsides were that we were never able to get our clothes fully dry with the combination washer/dryer machine and some additional supplies such as toiletries and trash bags would have been nice. Overall, great visit and would rent again.

Overall the house was good, nicely decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. It was small for 5 of us with only one small bathroom which could of used more toiletries. It was near good restaurants and the city of Charleston but did not feel super comfortable to stay for more than a couple days. We stayed during March madness and was disappointed by the lack of HD on the TV.

Excellent stay in Charleston

I had never been to Charleston before and I wanted to surprise my husband for his 40th. We booked this vrbo for the proximity to the beach and downtown. We absolutely LOVED IT. One bathroom between four adults was manageable but considering we were out and about most of the time we didn’t really notice. Everything was clean and they had all the extras we didn’t even know we needed. Boogie board, beach chairs, a perfect outside backyard for hanging around and sipping on wine. They even mailed me something I left behind. Will DEFINITELY stay here again when I go back to Charleston. Excellent time!
