About this property

Quiet Waterfront Suite 10Min to Folly & Downtown!

  • Come stay! Our newly renovated guest suite on James Island is just 5 min to Folly Beach and 15 min to Downtown. Lower level private unit on a tidal marsh where you can enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding right from the back yard! The beautifully sunlit space has an oversized bedroom, its own sitting area with a TV, a pull out couch and a fun kids nook where they can sleep and play. Our fully functioning kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Beach needs provided, and pets are welcome too!
    The space
    Although this space is listed as a one bedroom it can sleep 4 adults and 2 children. It has a ton of natural light and is both quiet and private. The larger living room windows have one way privacy film. Netflix, Cable, WIFI, yada yada. Please refer to our house manual on this listing for other details.

    Our space is Covid compliant, kept sparkly clean, and holds a lot of good energy!

    Private entry way, access to the open backyard on a tidal marsh for kayaking or paddle boarding (at your own risk), long palm tree lined driveway has plenty of parking.
    Other things to note
    We do have a $50 cleaning fee if you have a dog with you that is 50lbs or over.
