Enjoyed our stay

We loved the old home atmosphere. We expected it to be “old” and loved the charm of that, we do wish the furnishings would have been more comfortable, decor nicer. It could be updated without loosing its old charm. We absolutely loved the neighborhood, neighbors, and location. Super convenient to everything.

The stay was good and very uneventful. Good location was great for us because of proximity to town and our friends we were visiting. beds were comfy! A few things to note- the home is quirky and old and we liked that but be prepared for that if you are staying! We would have wanted to have a few friends over but that was against the rules and it does sleep 6 but not in beds. Could use a few upgrades to make this and an excellent stay- like outdoor furniture and some of the kitchen items if you are planning to cook and eat in!

Old and Cozy

Really loved this location and house.Old rickety floor boards, original shipboard walls, uneven floors - bare feet mornings with hot coffee and a beautiful back yardThe A/C was great on 90 sunny daysNeighborhood was really friendlyHost was super fast to communicate when we needed help checking inOh - also very clean on arrival, and upstairs neighbors were super nice

The date is incorrect. I stayed from the 27th to 28th. I got a splinter in my hand from the sleigh bed footboard. Home was very warm and AC did not cool it off.

Fire alarm

Fire alarm went off at midnight for no reason. We were not cooking anything. Quite a bit of noise from upstairs occupants. There was five of us staying there, not enough towels, only for bath towels. Called the owner twice no response.
