"Lifts were not working "

"Friendly, professional staff. Clean, large room. Very quiet eventhough it is located on a busy streat. Great location close to shops, restraunts, train station and 15 minutes from the airport. Great breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price."

"Room with a view. Amazing 5 star, spacious, everything was easy from check in to parking lift from garage direct to room just what we needed after knee surgery from hospital . Everything was perfect accomodating early check in room was cool dark and had everything we needed after a hospital stay for recovery forever grateful to team at hotel to gentleman who fixed the freezer door in middle of the night …cannot thank you enough it made resting recovery 5 STAR THANK YOU "

"Staff at breakfast and booking in were great. Dinner staff rather brusque. Check out a bit slow as only one staff member. Pity the room only had two pillows and one face washer."

"Hotel is beautiful. Room was amazing, very spacious for a city hotel. Very clean and had everything we needed. Hotel had a modern feel but had character too. Breakfast was hit and miss. Breads felt stale and so did the muffins and pastries, they were very dry. I did mention it to the waitress but she didnt bring any fresh ones out. The cooked breakfast was plentiful and you can order other egg's and omlettes separately which was good. Great location, close to everything so you can walk everywhere or get the free tram. We'll definitely stay here again and recommend it. "
