"Excellent facility "

"Room was not cleaned well before check in, had to request new blankets due to being dirty. Walls had some kind of food smeared on it, bathroom floor still had someone else’s hair and also Barbie toys under sink on floor. Watched someone else’s kid pee in a chair next to the kitchen and when I told staff they said they would take care of it. Didn’t even ask me to show them what chair I was talking about. Watched for a while and never saw anyone come clean it. Hot tub was falling apart. Won’t be staying here again. "

"The floor reeked of marijuana and the smell was in our room. When the desk was told about it they said we had other complaints but nothing was done. We had to cut our trip early due to it. "

"Pool was cold"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times were great. Friendly staff, very clean, and wonderful breakfast."

"We booked our room the beginning of December and was surprised to find that the pool was closed. A pool was a necessity for our stay, and I found this one using the pool filter when searching. "

"The breakfast was wonderful! The best continental breakfast we’ve ever had. The parking was easy and accessible and the staff was great. I wish the pool heater would have been working so the pool wouldn’t have been so frigid, but all in all it was a very good experience and very fairly priced. "

"Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest ."

"March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation"
