The facility was very, very cold…even when the property manager and I discussed it and she agreed, the heat was not turned up. It is also rather loud because it is on the main road.

The hostess was very friendly and made a nice breakfast. Felt very welcome into the home. Unfortunately the bed was quite worn, with a dip in the middle of the mattress which made it uncomfortable. There was an air conditioner unit in the window but it wasn't sealed to the outdoors and there were 100 little gnats gathering on the ceiling. Aside from those couple of negatives, the place was fine.

Nice location near downtown area of Charlevoix. The road in front is a tad busy, but not too bad. The room we booked was advertised as one king sized bed and one twin bed. Two guys traveling, but wanted separate beds. The "twin" bed is not really an actual bed, rather a small chair that rolls out. Adequate, but not a bed as advertised. The inn keeper, Terry was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was hearty and enjoyable.

The room on the ground floor was convenient for my elderly parents. Terry, the hostess, was very kind and helpful. The steps into the house were challenging for my mother who is quite disabled. We were told that the owner is getting things under way to make a ramp.

The staff was amazing - attentive and helpful. The site is just a short walk from the downtown and marina (ferry to Beaver Island). I would tell anyone going to Charlevoix to stay here!

I loved my room. It was super clean and cute. The only drawback would be that it is off the main area directly. The best part of my stay was my hostess, Terry. She is awesome and I would definitely come back here if I am ever so lucky.

We used it as a stop over. Arrived around 6, Terri meet us, very friendly & accommodating. Room was clean & comfortable. Got up in the morning, and left. Had other stops to see before heading home. Did not eat breakfast but it smell great. Used for a quick get away & color tour of the area

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We did not stay long, but some of my favorite things were the shower amenities and the lovely breakfast in the morning. The house is very charming and cozy, and our host was incredibly nice and helpful! We will return!

We were here for a wedding at castle farm. Perfect room for two people. Could easily walk to the downtown area. Terry went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed, and aldi gave great dining recommendations.

Pre-marathon stay
I was in Charlevoix to run a marathon and the inn host was great about providing coffee and food very early in the morning, knowing the runners had to be up and at the race early.
