  • Welcome to The Town House — an upper-level loft in the heart of downtown Charlevoix with a private balcony over Bridge Street. Pour coffee and watch the town wake up, then walk two minutes to the marina or out to dinner. Vaulted cathedral windows fill the living room with light; Michigan Beach and Depot Beach are a short stroll past the drawbridge. Three bedrooms, two baths — room for couples, friends, or a small family. Boyne Mountain 30 min, Petoskey 20, Pellston airport 30.

    Your local Haze Retreats team is based right here in Northern Michigan — self check-in via smart lock means no handoff, but we're a text or call away the whole stay. Perfect location for a stay in Charlevoix

We loved the location of this rental. We were close to everything and could walk to most places, especially dining and shopping. The space was light and airy, very clean and comfortable. The balcony was our favorite spot to relax, read, and people watch. We also loved being across from the park, such a nice place to sit and enjoy the water views. The designated parking spot was awesome, made it so easy to come and go. The bar below got a little noisy, especially on the weekend, but it didn't bother us at all. People were just having fun! 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay again. My only suggestion... the entry door could use maybe an extra lock or door latch just to feel extra safe.
