Our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a microwave. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Perfect Stay

This condo is incredibly clean and located in the heart of Charlevoix. Just sit on the deck and watch the draw bridge go up and down as the boats pass by. It has great amenities, a tv in each room, plenty of towels, and easy parking. Such an easy walk to drinking, dining, shopping and the beach. Will definitely be coming back!

My Winter Sabbatical

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I usually go up north to paint "en plein aire" with my friends. I call it my sabbatical since it's a time to paint snow in the open air, slow down, sit by the fireplace and read, go to great restaurants and just recharge my batteries.Each experience is different, but still enjoyable. This year, the snow was non-existent, so I ended up reading ALOT by the fireplace. I still had a wonderful time and managed to get out 3 times to paint, briefly. I still saw my friends, their studios, their latest works and ate some really good food. As I said, different each time, but still great! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a clean, safe condo. It was a stocked kitchen. And the location in town was great. I loved overlooking the lake but also being able to see some of the town. Like any rental nothing is completely to your taste, I prefer soft beds. It was more firm. You change that for me and someone else would be dissatisfied. Only something to add to put on top of it could fix that. It was a peaceful retreat, heard some road noise so I used a fan to sleep. They were doing some construction on the siding/roof remodeling, butthey had let us know ahead of time. But we could walk to Lake Michigan. Walk to town and the brewery or pub. We were a quick 5 minute drive to the castle for a wedding. I would stay again.

The location was excellent and the unit was very clean. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I appreciated the daily housekeeping services. There was someone available at the front desk daily to answer questions until 10 pm. We were able to watch the boat and ferry traffic go through the drawbridge everyday from the balcony, which I really enjoyed! It was an easy walk to the pier to watch the sunsets every evening and to restaurants and shops as well.
