This house was so cute and everything we could have wanted! It was clean, and felt like it was brand new. The view over the lake for the sunrise was so pretty! Would recommend and would stay here again!

What a wonderful find with a lake view right on the water! The property was perfect for us - ultra clean, comfy and convenient with a true up north vibe. New appliances and all the amenities helped make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Christi is great! Check-in was seamless, home is clean, open and comfortable. Decor is modern and home is bright and cheery. By far the cleanest vacation home I have had the pleasure of staying in. Sunrise view is incredible from the dock.

We were so happy with our stay! Our family of 6 came up to visit family in Petoskey. It was a convenient location between Charlevoix and Petoskey, close to Boyne City also. The lake is beautiful and our host Christi was wonderful. She communicated quickly, information about check in and was thorough and timely. The interior was so updated, and just beautiful! Beds were large and very comfortable, bathrooms were pristine, kitchen had everything we needed and the large table and chairs were great for card games. And of course the huge TV was perfect for watching college football! We loved our stay there and would definitely book again.
