The neighborhood is conveniently located off The Little Traverse Wheelway & is nestled 10 minutes between Charlevoix & Petoskey. Enjoy the beaches at Petoskey State Park or Michigan Beach Park in Charlevoix. You might also enjoy a day at Boyne Mountain Resort, less than 30 minutes away. Surrounded by water, snowmobile trails, skiing, wineries & world class golf… there’s truly something for everyone.

    Explore the area! You’ll discover amazing restaurants, quaint shops, beautiful golf courses, beaches, skiing, snowmobiling, wineries, distilleries, Lake Charlevoix, Walloon Lake all within 30 minutes of your door. In neighborhood there is a private water access point to Lake Michigan.
