Great place to stay

My husband and I had an amazing time. The view from the condo was breathtaking. There is plenty of shopping great restaurants you couldn’t pick a better location.The Condo was extremely clean and has easy access to everything around town. My husband and I will definitely come back and we felt the price was good.

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time but for the next visitor’s there needs to be a lamp in the living room and the chairs outside on the patio were very dirty and we were unable to use them. The bushes surrounding the patio should be cut back as well to enjoy sitting out there. We also had an issue with ants coming in the sliding door. We told the maid one day and also reported it to the front desk when we checked out. Also, the pool area could use some attention. And the hot tub was broken.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was not impressed for the cost. The shrubs are over grown. There were so many weeds up near the patios. You can’t help but notice them when sitting outside. Sitting on the patio, the air conditioning is so loud. Patio door did not lock. Reported it to front desk. It did get fixed. Toilet seemed to run long. Would no longer recommend.

However, a lack of front desk support, a lack of advertised supplies (a sheet for the pull out couch mattress; coffee; soap; dishwasher soap; pool towels) and a lack of cleanliness and upkeep (dirty sink; unemptied trash can in bedroom; broken chair on porch; dirty table; dirty carpet; a lack of concern or accommodation for a power outage when we arrived) made this stay less than desirable and frustrating, given both the price point and past experiences that were enjoyable at this property.
