Welcome to the Edgewater Inn in Downtown Charlevoix!
Enjoy this remodeled 1bedroom, 1bathroom, featuring a king bed, full bathroom, and an a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The open concept living space with laminate flooring, entails a full kitchen including a fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, and a dishwasher. The living room has seating for up to 6 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Beautiful Room

The checking in was easy, Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The condo was a perfect location to town and it was clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity you need.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Beautiful condo with fabulous view! Clean with tasteful decor and all the extras! Full kitchen was nice as was pool, hot tub and sauna. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

They were an hour late getting it cleaned and ready for us which was irritating with nothing to make up for it.The pool was gross - literally had spiders and bugs floating around. The hot tub was also pretty gross and when we put the jets on it overflowed and something with the chemicals when the steam came up made my eyes burn. The building was old and not updated very well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for a wedding in the area. Overall, I would say everything was great. We checked in easily with no issues, and was able to check in a little earlier which was very helpful for us. Katie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. If anything, the only small complaint I might have is just the furniture being fairly outdated and not overly comfortable. But truthfully, we didn't spend enough time in the room that something like that would ever be a deal breaker. The view on the water was so beautiful, it was nice to be able to just step out and relax whenever we felt like. The location was amazing, my husband and I would just step out and walk right downtown which was fantastic. My friend (the bride) also stayed at Edgewater on the same floor and everything and had a HORRIBLE experience from beginning to end, which was completely different than my stay. However, she booked through AirBnB and I booked directly through Edgewater Inn which I would recommend to anyone looking to stay here. I dealt with Katie who was helpful, friendly and accommodating which made our stay even easier. The bride instead had to deal with a rental manager named Hope who was misleading, nonresponsive, and only responded once she received a bad review and return told my friend she was trash, hoped her wedding was terrible, and that her marriage wouldn't last (among some of the kinder things she chose to say). So needless to say, I wouldn't hesitate to book here, recommend or stay again in the future but I definitely recommend calling Edgewater directly and dealing with someone like Katie if you want your trip to be great.

Listen to the birds. Smell the woodsmoke from nearby. We deliberately went “off-season” to enjoy the quiet. Second year in a row! You’ll love it!!
